Gertrude Noden, Ithaca Rotary Club
A consortium of Youth and Humanitarian organizations in Uganda and South Sudan in partnership with Ithaca, New York based Words Into Deeds have launched projects providing girls with necessary monthly hygiene items and liquid soap making initiatives advancing gender equity, good health, and quality education.

FUNDS (to support re-homing Hurricane survivors and repairing homes)
Homes and Land for donation or purchase to move Hurricane victims who lost their homes

Generators Power tools 4x4 UTVs (ideally with dump)
Commercial refrigerators and freezers
Your gift will help us as we work toward long term recovery including setting up temporary water and showers for neighborhoods, doing clean-up and home repair, and re-homing people who lost their homes in the Hurricane.

The Village Department of Public Works (DPW) oversees the performance and maintenance of the Village’s infrastructure, including the water system, sewer system, roads, and Village property. Many of the services that the Village provides, both free and fee-based, are under the care of the DPW.
